1. Who We Are
PokerAC (www.pokerac.com) is a poker training platform that helps players study hand ranges, flashcards, and session analysis. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to PokerAC.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: email address and password hash (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
- Usage data: hand histories you upload, ranges you create, flashcard sessions, bankroll entries, and training statistics.
- Log data: standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
We do not collect payment card data — payments are handled by third-party processors.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the PokerAC service.
- To send transactional emails (password reset, email confirmation).
- To analyse aggregate usage trends (no individual profiling for advertising).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security policies ensuring each user can only access their own records. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Media files (hand histories, images) are stored in Cloudflare R2. The site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides cookieless, aggregate usage analytics.
5. Cookies
PokerAC uses session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes all associated training data from our systems.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform.
