Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on PokerAC (www.pokerac.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PokerAC is an online poker study platform offering hand range study, flashcard review, hand history review, session and bankroll tracking, and club/event management tools. The service is provided "as is" and is subject to change.

Club and event tools are intended for casinos, licensed poker clubs, and authorized operators, and must be used in compliance with local laws. PokerAC does not grant any right to operate live games. When a club uses these tools, some information about its events — such as its listing, schedule, and player results — may be visible publicly; see our Privacy Policy for details.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person; account sharing is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform's content or algorithms.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malicious files or content.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and code are owned by PokerAC. Training content you create — ranges, flashcards, hand notes, journal entries, bankroll records, video notes — belongs to you. You grant PokerAC a licence to store it and to display it the way the relevant feature is designed to work: privately to you, to other members where a feature is inherently shared between members (such as the forum), or publicly where you choose to use a public-facing feature (such as club and tournament pages).

6. Disclaimers

PokerAC is a study tool and does not guarantee poker winnings or success. The service is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account yourself from Settings, and in most cases this happens immediately. Two exceptions apply: an account that owns a club, or one that holds default study content shared with other members, needs that resolved first — see our Privacy Policy for how that works.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
