PokerAC is an online poker training platform offering hand range study, flashcard review, session analysis, bankroll tracking, and club management tools. The service is provided "as is" and is subject to change.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One account per person; account sharing is not permitted.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform's content or algorithms.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload malicious files or content.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, and code are owned by PokerAC. Training content you create (ranges, flashcards, hand notes) belongs to you; you grant PokerAC a licence to store and display it to you within the service.
6. Disclaimers
PokerAC is a study tool and does not guarantee poker winnings or success. The service is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
