Poker Tournament Management
Post a tournament with its own blind structure, buy-in, and seat count. Set the level at which late registration and re-entries close, and PokerAC tracks it against the live clock automatically. Owners and staff can seat registered players and dealers can rotate between tables — with different permissions for owners versus staff running the floor.
If you run the same game every week, save it as a recurring template — day of the week, start time, buy-in, and seat count — instead of rebuilding the announcement from scratch each time.
Poker Tournament Clock
Build a blind structure level by level — small blind, big blind, ante, and duration — with breaks inserted wherever you want them. Start it and the clock runs live, showing the current level and time remaining. A dedicated clock page is built for a TV or a big screen in the room, separate from the management view your staff use to run things.
Manage Live Club Operations
Beyond tournaments, PokerAC handles the day-to-day of a live room: open cash game tables with seat-by-seat status, a waitlist your staff work from, and a record of buy-ins and cash-game activity for the club's own bookkeeping — PokerAC itself doesn't process payments or hold player funds. Staff and dealer roles are separate from the club owner's, so you can run the floor without handing over full account access.

When your club lists an event, some of it is public — visible to anyone, no account needed: your club's listing and contact details, its scheduled games and tournaments, blind structures and prize breakdowns, and results and seating showing the player name your club recorded for each entry.
Your waitlist and your internal notes on players are not public.

Club and event tools are intended for casinos, licensed poker clubs, and authorized operators, and must be used in compliance with local laws. PokerAC does not grant any right to operate live games — it provides management software, not a license or legal approval to run one.
